Boo-freaking-hoo, Oprah
Apparently, yesterday Oprah Winfrey stopped by some high-end department store somewhere, but they had closed 15 minutes before. The security guard out front gave her a card and asked her to come back the next day.

Now she's all huffy about it, and the store was forced to issue an apology.

Screw that. If she wants to buy a watch for Tina Turner's birthday party (the reason she was there), she can come back during regular hours.

Who does she think she is?

...The fact that she got all bent out of shape because they wouldn't let her in 15 minutes after closing time, or the fact that the store actually issued an apology?

Dear Ms. Winfrey,
We are so sorry that we were closed when you arrived at our store. While we make every effort to accommodate all of our patrons during the posted hours of business, we realize that esteemed members of our community such as yourself are entitled to such privileges not normally bestowed on our normal clients.
Our security guard was wrong in not allowing you into our store full of employees whose only purpose in their otherwise meaningless existence is to serve filthy rich crybabies such as yourself and not get home to be with their families.
We hope that you would find it in your heart to forgive us for our mistreatment of you. As a token of our gratitude for bringing this situation to our attention, please accept this coupon for a free block of cheese to go along with your whine.
Sincerely,
Winfred-Lauder Department Store
